Chocolate meringue pie



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 2 item
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
How to make chocolate meringue pie:
Mix dry ingredients in saucepan. Add milk, egg yolks and vanilla. Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Pour into baked pie shell.Make meringue out of 2 egg whites. Beat until dry. Gradually add 1/4 cup of sugar; spread on pie. Bake 12 to 15 minutes in a 350° oven or until meringue is golden brown.
