Creamy lemon pie
Ingredients/Components
- egg yolks - 3 item
- can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate - 1/2 c
- few drops yellow food coloring optional - 1 item
- 8 or 9-inch baked pastry shell or graham cracker crumb crust - 1 item
How to make creamy lemon pie:
Preheat oven to 350°. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in sweetened condensed milk, ReaLemon brand and food coloring, if desired. Pour in prepared crust. Bake 8 minutes. Cool. Chill thoroughly.
