Creamy lemon meringue pie

- eggs, separated - 3 item
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1/3 c
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
- cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
- pie crust - 1 item
How to make creamy lemon meringue pie:
Brown pie crust first. Beat egg yolks, milk and lemon juice until creamy. Pour into crust. Meringue: Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Add sugar slowly. Beat until soft peaks form again. Spread on top of pie. PlacRecipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
