Ingredients/Components
- whipping cream - 1/2 pt
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- cans Ro-Tel tomatoes - 2 item
- cans Ranch Style beans - 2 item
- brick chili - 1 pkg
- large bag regular Fritos - 1 item
How to make creamed tacos:
Place chili, beans and Ro-Tel tomatoes in a heavy boiler. Keep at a low heat, stirring often to keep from sticking. Let simmer for a few minutes. Cut up Velveeta cheese into the hot mixture and add the whipping cream, stirring constantly. Low heat. Let cheese completely melt, mixing well.
