- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 item
- stick margarine - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 8 item
- Cheddar cheese - 6 8
How to make creamed potatoes:
Peel, slice and boil potatoes until done. Beat with margarine, softened cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Top with Cheddar cheese and bake at 350° until melted (15 to 20 minutes).Recipe categories: Vegetables, Scandinavian, Swedish.
