Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- small onion, chopped finely - 1 item
- potatoes 3 small per person
- half and half depending on amount of potatoes - 1/2 1
How to make creamed potatoes:
Boil potatoes. Parboil, do not overcook. Peel when cooled. Grate into a greased Pyrex baking dish. Add salt, pepper and onion. Dot with butter and pour half and half up the sides of the dish. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Do not overcook.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Scandinavian, Swedish.
