- flour - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- hamburger meat - 1/2 lb
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
How to make creamed beef on toast:
Braise meat; sprinkle with flour. Stir until mixed well. Have milk coming to a simmer in saucepan; do not boil. When milk comes to simmer, remove, then pour slowly over meat and flour. Stir.
