  • flour self-rising - 2 3
  • milk - 3 c
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • pepper - 1 item

How to make creamed beef on toast:

Brown beef in shortening slowly. Sprinkle flour on top. Mix well. Pour milk on top. Gently stir until thick. Serve on toast points or potatoes, etc.
