Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cold milk - 1/4 c
- caraway seed - 1 tsp
- milk, heated - 4 c
How to make cream sauce:
Heat milk in saucepan. Mix flour and sugar with the cold milk. Stir into hot milk, stirring until mixture boils and thickens. Add butter and caraway seed, stirring to melt butter.Recipe categories: Sweet sauces, Sauces, Condiments, etc..
