- eggs - 4 item
- milk
- flour - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- heavy cream - 1 c
- shortening - 1/2 c
- box vanilla instant pudding - 1 item
How to make cream puffs:
Filling:1 c. milk1 c. heavy cream1 box vanilla instant pudding Dough: Place shortening, water and salt into a saucepan; let come to a boil. Add flour until a paste forms. Cool. Add 1 egg at a time, mixing well after each one. Place on a cookie sheet by a teaspoon. Bake at 450° for about 15 minutes. Cool, then cut a slit to fill with filling mix.Filling: Beat all ingredients until thick. Chill, then fill each puff.
