Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/8 tsp
- heavy cream - 1/2 pt
- powdered sugar - 1 item
- eggs room temperature - 4 item
- instant vanilla pudding 3 3/4 oz
How to make cream puffs:
Filling:1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (3 3/4 oz.)1/2 pt. heavy cream1 c. milk Preheat oven to 400°. Combine butter and water in pot and bring to a boil. Lower flame and add flour, baking powder and salt. Take off flame and add eggs, one at a time. Stir well. Drop (teaspoon) small amount of dough on cookie sheet 2-inches apart. Bake for 45 minutes. (Let puffs cool completely or they will fall). Cut puffs and fill. Sprinkle with sugar.Filling: Combine all ingredients. Beat with electric mixer until thick.
