Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
How to make cream puffs:
Bring water, salt and butter to boil. Add flour and stir until smooth and leaves the sides of pan. Cool slightly, then stir in one egg at a time. Drop by large rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° until they are browned and look dry (about 30 minutes).Recipe categories: Desserts, < 60 mins, 5 ingredients or less.
