- white cake mix - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- can cream of coconut - 1 1/2
How to make cream of coconut cake:
Frosting:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1 box powdered sugar2 Tbsp. milk1 Tbsp. vanilla Mix the cake mix, oil and eggs. Add the sour cream and cream of coconut. Pour into prepared 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool, then frost.Frosting: Mix well. Frost the cake and add coconut on top.
