Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- egg, separated - 1 item
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- crescent rolls - 2 pkg
How to make cream cheese pastry:
Roll out one package crescent rolls to make rectangle in 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla and lemon juice. Spread this mixture over rolls. Top with next package of crescent rolls. Using fork, mix egg white with 1 tablespoon water. Spread this over top of rolls. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
