Cream cheese danish
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- eggs, separated - 2 item
- sugar, mixed with 1 Tbsp - 1 c
- refrigerated crescent roll mix - 2 pkg
How to make cream cheese danish:
Grease a 9 x 13-inch square pan. Press 1 package of crescent rolls into bottom of pan, pressing seams together.Beat together cream cheese, vanilla, 1/2 of sugar and egg yolks. Spread over top of crescent rolls.
Take other package of crescent rolls and press onto waxed paper, pressing seams together. Place over top of cream cheese mixture.
Beat egg whites slightly and brush over top of crescent rolls. Sprinkle with remaining sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until top is brown.
