Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- cream cheese - 1 lb
- vanilla - 1 item
- sour cream - 1 pt
- eggs, separated - 3 item
- crumb crust buy box of graham cracker crumbs - 1 item
How to make cream cheese cake:
Preheat oven to 375°. Put butter with crumbs to make crust in bottom of spring-form pan. Soften cream cheese; add 1/3 cup sugar, 3 egg yolks and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well with electric mixer.In separate bowl, beat whites until stiff and fold into other mixture. Pour into spring-form pan and bake for exactly 35 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Mix sour cream with 1/3 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spoon onto cake. Bake for 10 minutes more. Let stand for about 6 hours and then refrigerate.
