Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 Tbsp
- cream cheese - 1 lb
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 pt
- eggs, separated - 2 item
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- graham cracker crust - 1 item
How to make cheese cake:
Cream together the cream cheese, 3/4 cup of sugar, salt and beaten egg yolks. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour in an 8 x 8-inch pan with graham cracker crust bottom. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Let cool.Topping: Mix sour cream, vanilla and 6 tablespoons of sugar; pour over cooled cake. Return to oven at 375° for 10 minutes. Chill before serving.
