Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/3 c
• eggs - 2 item
• pkg - 8 oz
• sour cream - 1/2 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• water - 3/4 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• margarine - 1/2 c
• sq - 1 (1

How to make marble squares:

Combine softened cream cheese and sugar, mixing until well blended. Add 1 egg; mix well. Set aside. In saucepan, combine margarine, water and chocolate; bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in combined flour and sugar. Add 2 eggs, sour cream, soda and salt. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured 10 x 20-inch pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture over chocolate batter. Cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
