Crawfish or shrimp fettuccini
Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- parsley - 1 tsp
- stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
- green onions, chopped - 2 item
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
- red pepper optional - 1/4 tsp
- egg noodles - 12 oz
- cooked crawfish or shrimp - 2 lb
- small can Parmesan cheese - 1 item
How to make crawfish or shrimp fettuccini:
Boil noodles and sit them aside. Saut onions, peppers, celery and green onions with margarine until soft. Add flour, parsley and crawfish or shrimp. Cook about 15 minutes on low fire. Add Velveeta and half and half. Stir until Velveeta is melted. Remove from fire. Add noodles. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish and top with Parmesan cheese.
