Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- stalks celery - 3 item
- parsley - 4 Tbsp
- green onions - 1 c
- bell pepper - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- fettuccine noodles - 1 pkg
- crawfish - 2 lb
- 1/2 sticks oleo - 1 item
- Mexican Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- Parmesan cheese or seasoned bread crumbs optional - 1 item
How to make crawfish fettuccine:
Melt margarine. Saute celery, onion, green onion and bell pepper. Add flour and water. Mix well. Cook 15 minutes on low fire. Cook noodles separately. Add crawfish tails and parsley; season to taste. Cook 15 minutes. Cut cheese in chunks and add,Recipe categories: Pasta, Shellfish, Crawfish.
