- butter - 1/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- flour
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- ginger - 1/4 tsp
- pumpkin - 1 c
- nuts - 1 c
- sugar
- vanilla - 1/3 tsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- cranberries, chopped and rolled in 1/3 c
How to make cranberry pumpkin bread:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Cream together butter and sugar, then beat in the eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and spices. Add to the egg mixture and blend just until smooth. Mix in pumpkin, berries and nuts. Blend briefly. Pour into pan. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
