Cranberry pumpkin bread

- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- pumpkin pie spice - 1 Tbsp
- 15 oz
- fresh, frozen or dried cranberries - 1 c
How to make cranberry pumpkin bread:
Combine flour, spice, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Combine eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil in small bowl; beat just until blended. Add pumpkin mixture to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Fold in cranberries. Spoon into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.Bake in preheated 350° oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 5 to 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely. Makes 2 loaves.
