Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- sifted flour - 2 c
- slightly beaten egg - 1 item
- whole cranberry sauce - 1 c
How to make cranberry nut bread:
Sift dry ingredients together. Add egg, milk and margarine to dry ingredients, mixing until blended. Fold in cranberries and nuts. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breads, Fruit, Quick breads.
