Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1 (8
- cold water - 1/2 c
- curry powder - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chopped green onions - 1/2 1
- dissolved unflavored gelatin - 1 pkg
- box fresh crab meat, mash up and drain - 1 item
How to make crab mold:
Heat soup and cream cheese. Dissolve the gelatin in the 1/2 cup cold water. Add gelatin and other ingredients. Grease mold with a little mayonnaise. Refrigerate until mold is set overnight. Will keep in refrigerator for a week. Serve with crackers.Note: Be sure you have everything ready before you dissolve the gelatin in cold water.
