Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- cream - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/8 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- clove garlic, crushed - 1/2 item
- can crab meat - 1 1/2
- drops Tabasco sauce - 2 item
- minced onions - 1 tsp
How to make crab dip:
Marinate crab meat in lemon juice for 1 hour; drain. Combine cream cheese and cream in mixer bowl; mix until smooth. Beat in mayonnaise. Add garlic, onions and salt; blend well. Fold crab into sauce. Add Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco. Serve hot in chafing dish. May also be served cold. Yield: 20 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Crab.
