Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- small onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- can crabmeat - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- loaf cocktail rye - 1 item
How to make crab appetizers:
Allow butter or margarine and cheese to come to room temperature. Blend cheese and butter together with a mixer. With the tines of a fork, shred the crabmeat and chop finely. Add the chopped onion and the shredded crabmeat and blend. Spread on the cocktail rye and broil in the broiler until the top is lightly browned.
