  • flour - 1/2 c
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • eggs, lightly beaten - 4 item
  • cottage cheese small curd dry, drained - 2 c
  • stick real butter, melted not margarine - 3/4 item

How to make cottage cheese pancakes:

Beat eggs lightly. After you have melted the butter and it has cooled slightly, add it to the eggs. Then add flour and salt to the mixture. Over a pancake griddle heated to 375°, pour 1/2 cup or 1/4 cup of pancake mixture, depending on your desired pancake size. When the pancake begins to brown slightly around edges, flip to brown other side. Add syrup and eat.
