Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/2 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- eggs, lightly beaten - 4 item
- cottage cheese small curd dry, drained - 2 c
- stick real butter, melted not margarine - 3/4 item
How to make cottage cheese pancakes:
Beat eggs lightly. After you have melted the butter and it has cooled slightly, add it to the eggs. Then add flour and salt to the mixture. Over a pancake griddle heated to 375°, pour 1/2 cup or 1/4 cup of pancake mixture, depending on your desired pancake size.
