- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- potatoes - 1 item
- cornflakes - 1 item
How to make cornflake potatoes:
Scrub potatoes, slice lengthwise in quarters or eighths, depending on size. Dip cut sides in melted butter and then in crushed cornflake crumbs. Place in pan and sprinkle with salt and Parmesan cheese. Bake 1/2 hour at 400°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
