Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- small tortillas room temperature - 1 pkg
How to make burritos:
Brown hamburger with onion; drain. Add taco seasoning (as directed on package). Simmer until thickened. Put 1 tablespoon meat mixture in center of tortilla. Put 1/2 slice cheese on top. Fold tortilla diaper style. Hold in place with toothpick. Fry in oil until lightly browned. Drain on paper. Serve with salsa or sour cream.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, One Dish meal.
