Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- scallops - 12 oz
- tomatoes, diced - 3 item
- extra virgin olive oil - 3 oz
- garlic cloves, chopped - 2 item
- lemon juice only - 1 item
- shrimp in shell - 12 oz
- box crab and shrimp boil in bag 1 bag - 1 item
- basil leaves, chopped, or dried basil to taste - 12 item
How to make seafood salad:
Cook shrimp and scallops according to package directions. Cool in ice water; drain well. Peel and remove shells and tails from shrimp. Chop shrimp coarsely. Cut scallops into fourths, if large.
