Ingredients/Components

  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • scallops - 12 oz
  • tomatoes, diced - 3 item
  • extra virgin olive oil - 3 oz
  • garlic cloves, chopped - 2 item
  • lemon juice only - 1 item
  • shrimp in shell - 12 oz
  • box crab and shrimp boil in bag 1 bag - 1 item
  • basil leaves, chopped, or dried basil to taste - 12 item

How to make seafood salad:

Cook shrimp and scallops according to package directions. Cool in ice water; drain well. Peel and remove shells and tails from shrimp. Chop shrimp coarsely. Cut scallops into fourths, if large. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill. Taste. Add salt, if needed.
