Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- egg whites - 2 item
- cornflakes - 2 c
How to make cornflake macaroons:
Beat egg whites until stiff and dry. Fold in sugar gradually. Add flavoring, coconut, cornflakes and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a well-oiled baking sheet. Bake in moderate oven at 375° until delicately brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
