Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1 item
- corn - 2 c
How to make corn fritters:
Sift dry ingredients together. Add butter and liquid. If deep fried, use 2 cups of flour and 3 teaspoons of baking powder. Drop by spoon in hot fat (375°).Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
