Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour
- baking powder
- egg - 1 item
- cooking oil - 1 item
- fresh corn
How to make corn fritters:
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Blend milk and egg together and add, gradually, to the dry ingredients. Stir in corn. Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot, deep oil. Cook 2 to 5 minutes until browned. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
