Corn chowder
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- corn
- onion for flavor - 1 item
- small cubed potatoes - 2 c
- crumbled bacon or ham pieces - 1 item
How to make corn chowder:
Simmer the potatoes and onion in water until done. Add the corn, milk and soup. Fresh corn is really good. In that case, you would have to cook it with potatoes and onion. The crumbled bacon (fried) adds a lot of flavor.Note: May add 2 cups cubed tomatoes at the end.
