Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- water - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- box Jiffy corn bread mix - 1 item
- cans cream-style corn - 2 item
How to make corn casserole:
Mix all ingredients together except margarine. Melt oleo and pour into 9 x 12 casserole dish. Pour mixed ingredients over melted oleo. Do not stir. Bake 1 hour in 325° oven.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
