Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- red potatoes
- garlic clove, peeled and halved - 1 item
How to make garlic potatoes:
In saucepan, with enough water to cover, heat potatoes and garlic. Simmer until very tender; drain. With potato masher, mash potatoes and garlic with milk and salt until smooth. Stir in parsley; heat through. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
