Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- chopped green pepper - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- sliced carrots - 5 c
- Wesson oil - 1/2 c
- small chopped onion - 1 item
How to make copper pennies:
Cook carrots until tender. Drain and cool. Mix onions and green pepper and add to carrots. Mix other ingredients and pour over carrots. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours before serving.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
