Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- carrots - 2 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 1/2 c
- large bell pepper - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Dissolve all liquids; peel carrots and cut 1 1/2-inch length and then in half and cook. Layer carrots, bell pepper and onion in bowl. Pour hot liquid over and cover; put in refrigerator overnight.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
