  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 3/4 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • carrots - 2 lb
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • large onion - 1 item
  • Wesson oil - 1/2 c
  • large bell pepper - 1 item

How to make marinated carrots:

Dissolve all liquids; peel carrots and cut 1 1/2-inch length and then in half and cook. Layer carrots, bell pepper and onion in bowl. Pour hot liquid over and cover; put in refrigerator overnight.
