Ingredients/Components

  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
  • clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
  • dill weed - 1 Tbsp
  • red peppers - 1 item
  • cream cheese, softened 8 oz - 2 pkg
  • tomatoes, seeded - 1 item
  • crescent rolls 8 oz - 2 pkg
  • Toppings: green onions
  • cucumbers, seeded - 1 item

How to make cool veggie pizza:

Toppings: green onions red peppers tomatoes, seeded cucumbers, seeded Preheat oven to 350°. Unroll crescent rolls into rectangles. Line up on cookie sheet or rectangle pizza stone. Pinch seams together to seal, making one big crust. Bake 10 minutes or until brown. Remove from oven. Cool completely.

Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread evenly on cooled crust. Sprinkle finely chopped vegetables on top. Refrigerate before serving. Cut with pizza cutter into squares. Serves 8 to 10.

Can be made a day ahead of time.
