  • butter - 1/4 c
  • dairy sour cream - 1 pt
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • frozen hash browns - 2 lb
  • corn flake crumbs - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 item

How to make company potatoes:

Topping:2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese1 c. corn flake crumbs Saute onions in butter until transparent. Put soup, potatoes, sour cream and onions in 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Combine cheese and corn flakes and spread over the top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
