Coke cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• oil - 1/2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• cocoa - 3 Tbsp
• Coca-Cola - 1 c
• buttermilk - 1/2 c
• small marshmallows
• all-purpose flour - 2 c
• nuts - 1 c
• margarine - 1/2 c
• box powdered sugar - 1 item
• Coke - 6 Tbsp
• Mix in saucepan the margarine, oil, cocoa and Coca-Cola

How to make coke cake:

In large bowl sift together sugar and flour; set aside. Mix in saucepan the margarine, oil, cocoa and Coca-Cola. Bring to a boil and pour over dry mixture. Then add buttermilk with soda dissolved in milk, eggs, vanilla and marshmallows. Mix all together with spoon and not mixer. Pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.Icing:1/2 c. margarine3 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. Coke1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. nuts Mix in saucepan and bring to boil the margarine, cocoa and Coke. Remove from stove and add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Mix and spread over hot cake.
