Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 Tbsp
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• brown sugar
• egg - 1 item
• Bisquick - 2 c
• cold butter - 1/4 c

How to make coffee cake:

Topping:1/3 c. brown sugar1/2 c. Bisquick1/4 c. cold butter1/2 tsp. cinnamon Heat oven to 400°. Blend first four ingredients; beat vigorously. Spread into greased 9-inch round cake pan.

Topping: Mix brown sugar, Bisquick, cold butter and cinnamon with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over cake mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
