Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- flour
- water - 1 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 lb
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- apples, peeled, cored and medium sliced - 2 item
How to make apple crumb cake:
Topping:1 c. flour3/4 c. sugar1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted Combine first 7 ingredients. Spread on greased cookie sheet. Top with apple slices. Cut flour, sugar, cinnamon and butter or margarine into pea size pieces for topping. Sprinkle on apples. Bake in 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
