  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • milk - 3/4 c
  • butter 1/2 stick - 1/4 c
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Mix well
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • stick firm butter - 1/2 item

How to make coffee cake:

Prepare batter by blending all ingredients. Mix well.Filling:1/3 c. brown sugar, packed1/4 c. flour1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 stick firm butter Mix together until crumbly. Spread half of batter in pan. Put in filling. Spread with remaining batter.
