- butter, softened - 1 c
- sugar - 3 c
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 4 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- eggs, well beaten - 4 item
- fresh coconut, grated - 1 item
How to make coconut pound cake:
Cream butter and sugar until light. Add milk. Sift flour with baking powder; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Add eggs and grated coconut. Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
