  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • white Karo - 2/3 c
  • can moist coconut - 1 item

How to make coconut pie:

Beat eggs. Add sugar and blend well. Add Karo, melted butter and coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shell and cook at 350° until brown and firm. No meringue is needed.
