Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- white Karo - 2/3 c
- can moist coconut - 1 item
How to make coconut pie:
Beat eggs. Add sugar and blend well. Add Karo, melted butter and coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shell and cook at 350° until brown and firm. No meringue is needed.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
