Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 5 item
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
- Angel Flake coconut - 2 c
How to make coconut pie:
Cream margarine, sugar and flour. Then add milk, vanilla and eggs. Fold in coconut. Pour into three (9-inch) pie shells. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
