- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- coconut - 1 c
- melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- lemon - 1/2 tsp
- corn meal - 2 Tbsp
How to make coconut pie:
Beat eggs. Combine all ingredients and stir until mixed well. Pour in unbaked pie shell and cook at 350° for about 30 minutes or until it shakes like jello in the center and is light brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
