  • evaporated milk - 1 c
  • egg yolks - 3 item

How to make coconut pecan frosting:

Combine milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter and vanilla. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened (about 12 minutes). Add coconut and chopped nuts, beat until thick enough to spread.
