Coconut macaroons
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- egg whites - 3 item
- grated coconut
How to make coconut macaroons:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar gradually; beat until glossy. Fold in flour, salt, vanilla and coconut. Line baking sheet with greased heavy brown paper. Drop mixture by teaspoons on paper.
